This program is a three-day highly interactive and engaging program that will teach you the proven skills and practices you need to achieve your full leadership potential.
Through this program, participants will be equipped with a variety of tools to add to their leadership “toolbox.” Each module will teach participants the key skills and behaviours that will directly impact the ability to lead in day-to-day operations.
Leadership is the art of motivating, guiding, and influencing people as they navigate towards a common goal. Leaders can be found at any level within the organization. With a strong understanding of leadership roles, this valuable program will explore how to bring out the best in leaders as well as everyone around them.
During the three-day program, participants will explore the 5 E’s of the Effective Leadership Model:
- Envision
- Engage
- Energize
- Enable
- Execute
