In this 450 hour training program, you will learn to build a website or app – from concept to design. You will become familiar with the entire web creation process.

Play with coding while discovering the skills to build your own mobile application or website. The unique game-based environment allows you to learn in an active way to acquire authentic and relevant coding skills and abilities.

The final portion of the program includes a Capstone Project where you will publish your newly created app on various mobile stores or, in the case of a web-based application project, to a web-platform.

The format of the course is online with scheduled live sessions with an instructor or an instructor aide. You do not have to come to a classroom or campus – all can be completed from the comfort of your own home (computer and network access required)

Upon successfully completing this program, you will be able to:

  • Create user interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Design and edit basic graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Use the GIT version control system
  • Create cross platform mobile applications using the Ionic framework
  • Collaborate with teammates to complete a project
  • Prepare and pitch a project concept and its implementation to industry experts
  • And so much more…
This course is available in a part-time format and a full-time format – you pick what works best for you.
